Your speed, RPM, distance, time, and calorie data is displayed via the high-resolution LCD thanks to its BioConnect® Feedback technology, allowing you to review the stats of each individual workout in order to track progress and set new challenges.

With a selection of simultaneous upper/lower body or upper body only workouts you can find the perfect routine for your progression, whilst the natural human movement is stimulated thanks to its BioDyne™ Performance feature – which synchronizes the arm and leg motion accordingly.
